You should always add a musical background track in support of your voice over or your speaker. I often see videos with music but no voiceover, or voiceover with no music, but when combined it actually works really well.

It makes the video more engaging and helps sets the mood for the message. You can use more serious music to reinforce a serious message siege, or use more uplifting music to reinforce a positive message, and don’t worry about finding music for your videos.
