This time last year, any talk about AI in the office resulted in raised eyebrows and slight panic. The mix of confusion and curiosity brought an interesting mix to the marketing sphere. However, in 2024, we hope AI brings you significantly less panic (we hope!) and a lot more excitement. Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Lumen5 (oh, hey đź‘‹) have completely changed the strategy, creativity and automation of our work, and that was all in under a year. Something we learned last year was how much audiences loved content that felt tailored to their own personal interests, and that will become even more true in 2024. As AI develops, the better it is at finding what really matters to consumers—what makes them relate to your brand—and how to take that information to curate targeted experiences. This year will open the gate to new highly targeted and personalized marketing campaigns!
