Share Your Lumen5 Videos to Instagram
Instagram doesn’t currently allow you to post your videos directly from your computer to Instagram. When you create videos on Lumen5, you need to save them to your computer, transfer them to your phone and then post them to Instagram.

Download the video file from Lumen5 onto your computer.
The next step is to upload your Lumen5 video to Dropbox (Android/iOS) or Apple iCloud (iOS only) so that you can access it from your phone.
Download the video file from the Dropbox/iCloud Drive mobile app onto your phone.
Tip: You can upload videos straight from the iCloud Drive “File” app directly to Instagram.
Post the video to Instagram from your mobile device
Keep in mind that the videos you create for Instagram can be used on other platforms. For example, you can connect your Facebook account to your Instagram as a way to transfer content from one platform to the other.
